Description
This position is responsible for the scope of work contained in contracts from General Contractors. This could include coordination with multiple departments and the General Contractor. Work history in commercial finish carpentry/casework. Familiarity dealing with General Contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Experience reading blueprints. Excellent Excel and Math Skills. Good communication skills.
3-5 years’ experience (flexible). We would like the candidate to start as soon as possible. Being familiar with Quick Bid or On-Screen Take-off a plus. Ability to travel to job sites; however, this is not a daily requirement and usually in the local area. Occasional out-of-town trips might be necessary.
We are a provider of custom commercial cabinetry utilizing high-end wood veneers, plastics, laminates, specialty metal products, standing and running wood trim along with both manmade and natural stone counters. Casework is made for big box retailers, educational institutions, medical facilities, hotels, churches, etc.
Salary $80-$100K with potential to make more with bonus program
