Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. This is an in-office position. The role is responsible for creating accurate, production-ready CNC programs for custom cabinetry and millwork using Mozaik (primary platform) or other cabinet software. Experience with VCarve Pro, AlphaCAM, and AutoCAD is a plus. The ideal candidate understands both the design and manufacturing side of the process and can translate drawings into efficient, machine-ready output.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain CNC programs using Mozaik
Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
Translate drawings into accurate, production-ready CNC programs (machine-ready files)
Optimize programs for material yield, machining efficiency, and accuracy
Coordinate with Shop Manager and Millwork Project Manager to ensure smooth production
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
Maintain organized program files and documentation
Contribute to workflow and process improvements

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience (required)
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods and materials (preferred, not required)
Proven ability to generate accurate, production-ready CNC programs
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with CNC routers and shop equipment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
