At Integrity Builders, we don’t just build - we craft high-end custom wood & metal solutions, from cabinetry and doors to one-of-a-kind furniture. We’re looking for a Cabinet Vision Engineer who thrives in both design and hands-on production, and who’s excited to be part of a team delivering exceptional, detail-driven work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of a project—and enjoys precision, creativity, and pride in execution.
What You’ll Do
Create precise custom shop drawings using Cabinet Vision software
Produce cut lists, assembly sheets, and fabrication details
Translate architectural plans into manufacturing-ready solutions
Program and support CNC operations and workflows
Perform material take-offs and coordinate ordering of materials and custom components
Collaborate with project managers, shop teams, and installers to ensure seamless execution
Provide technical guidance during fabrication and on-site installation
Contribute hands-on to assembly, fabrication, milling, sanding, finishing, and steel prep
Assist with delivery and installation when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and high standards
What You Bring
Experience with Cabinet Vision (or similar cabinetry design software)
Strong background in carpentry and construction, including:
Finish carpentry
Cabinet and door fabrication & installation
General construction practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience with CNC programming and fabrication workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team-first mindset
A problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision and quality
A hands-on mindset—comfortable working in both shop and field environments
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime may be required as needed
Work Location: In-person at our shop in Bozeman, Montana
Compensation
Starting Pay: $35 – $50 per hour (based on experience)
Pay periods are bi-weekly
