This is not a residential cabinet shop.
Migliaro Millwork fabricates and installs custom architectural millwork for luxury retailers. If you've only built kitchen cabinets, this isn't the right fit. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills:
• 5+ years experience in high-end custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, or commercial fixture fabrication
• Proficiency with European cabinet hardware (Blum, Grass, Hettich) and concealed hinge systems
• Experience working with exotic hardwoods, high-grade veneers, and laminate systems (not just plywood boxes)
• Ability to read and execute from architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Precision craftsmanship—tolerances matter when millwork ships to Fifth Avenue storefronts
• Comfortable operating panel saws, edgebanders, CNC equipment, and traditional woodworking machinery
Preferred (Not Required):
• AWI Premium or Certified experience
• Familiarity with Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, or other parametric cabinet software
• Retail fixture or commercial millwork installation experience
• CNC programming or CAM software knowledge
WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour ($62,400–$72,800 annually), based on experience and skill level
Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (four 10-hour days)
• Three-day weekends, every week

WHAT DISQUALIFIES YOU
To save your time and ours, don't apply if:
• Your only experience is residential kitchen/bath cabinets
• You've never worked with European hardware or concealed hinges
• You can't read architectural or shop drawings
• You expect 9-to-5, Monday–Friday hours (we run 4×10s)
• You're looking for entry-level work—this role requires proven high-end craftsmanship
