Description
We’re looking for a skilled Cabinet / Furniture Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to work on high-end, custom projects. Our work goes beyond traditional woodworking, our pieces often incorporate metal, stone, parchment, and other premium materials to create truly unique results.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex build challenges, working with your hands, and seeing a project through from raw material to finished product, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft custom furniture and millwork to the highest quality standards
Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications
Perform milling, assembly, veneering, and prep for finishing
Work independently on projects from start to finish
Execute precise joinery and advanced woodworking techniques
Maintain and sharpen hand tools (chisels, planes, etc.)
Protect materials and in-progress work throughout fabrication
Track time and meet project deadlines (occasional overtime may be needed)
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Help lead projects and support team members when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a woodworking or cabinet shop (preferred)
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and setup
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and strong manual dexterity

$18 – $30/hour, based on experience and skill level
