Cabinet Finisher - Must have experience with finishing
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a great customer experience? We welcome you to join our team as a Cabinet Finisher. You will help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area!
What Youll Do
Interpret shop drawings
Mix paints and stains to match approved color samples
Spray Milesi 2K polyurethane paint to create high-quality paint finish
Apply wipe-on stains and spray clear coat to create high-quality stain finish
Prepare parts and assemblies for finishing as needed
Confirm product quality prior to moving product to Upfit
What Were Looking For

Experience in mixing, spraying, and staining industrial, solvent-based finishes
Working understanding of custom cabinet parts/construction
Ability to see subtle color differences
Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
