Custom Cabinetmaker – Inset & Frameless (Full-Time)

Bigelow Built is a custom cabinet shop specializing in inset and frameless cabinetry. We're hiring a skilled cabinetmaker to build custom pieces to a high standard of fit and finish.
What you'll do:
Build custom inset and frameless cabinetry from shop drawings and cut lists
Construct and fit face frames, doors, and drawer fronts to tight, consistent reveals
Mill, joint, and machine solid hardwood and sheet goods
Scribe and fit inset doors and drawers for precise, even gaps
Maintain accuracy and a clean, high-quality finish across the full build
What we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on custom cabinetmaking experience, ideally with both inset and frameless work
A strong eye for tight, consistent reveals and clean joinery
Proficiency on standard shop machinery (table saw, jointer, planer, shaper/router, edgebander, etc.)
Ability to read and build from shop drawings
Reliable, detail-driven, and shop-safe
Compensation & benefits:
$35/hour
Full-time, in-shop position
