We are seeking a cabinet maker with a background specifically in high-end cabinets, and architectural millwork. This role requires an eye for detail and the ability to systematically manage projects minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing: Milling, assembly, wood preparation, sanding, machinery operation
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and complex schematics.
Quality Control: Ensure all pieces meet "white-glove" industry standards for finish, feel, and durability.
Collaboration: Work alongside our design and fabrication team to ensure seamless transitions from start to finish.
Required Experience & Skills:
Specialized Background: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically within a dedicated millwork or cabinet shop environment.
Proven Precision: Demonstrated ability to execute fine woodworking projects
Tool Mastery: Expert knowledge of shop-specific machinery and their safe operation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain the stamina required for shop work and handle materials safely.
A Note on Experience: While we value all trades, this is a high end cabinet shop-based role. Experience in general residential construction, framing, or general contracting does not necessarily meet the technical requirements for this specific position. We are looking for candidates whose primary background is in precision shop-craft.
