Paoli Woodwork is one of Chicago's premier custom architectural millwork companies and has specialized in ultra-premier residential cabinetry and architectural millwork for more than 34 years. We partner with many of Chicago's leading architects, designers, and general contractors on some of the area's finest residences throughout Chicago's Gold Coast, North Shore, and surrounding suburbs. Individual millwork contracts frequently exceed $1 million.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in custom architectural woodworking. The ideal candidate possesses excellent blueprint reading skills, exceptional problem-solving ability, and the ability to successfully manage complex, high-end custom projects from estimating through completion.
We are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and enjoys solving the unique challenges associated with some of Chicago's finest custom residential millwork projects.
Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals for high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork projects
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Analyze material, labor, and production requirements
• Manage projects from award through completion
• Coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors, vendors, and our production team
• Identify and resolve technical challenges before they become field issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication throughout each project
Qualifications
• Strong background in architectural woodworking, custom cabinetry, or millwork
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $120,000-$150,000+, based on experience and qualifications
