Installation Manager
Location: Buford, GA (Serving Metro Atlanta)

We are a growing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork company seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our field installation operations throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
This position is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys managing people, solving problems, maintaining exceptional quality, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. While experience with custom cabinetry is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong residential construction or finish carpentry management experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple installation projects from scheduling through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews.
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, designers, and project managers.
• Conduct jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and project logistics.
• Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor project schedules and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and trade partners.
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing installation or construction projects.
• Experience with cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and installation plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be very helpful. Our installation crews are primarily Spanish-speaking.
