Sterling Millworks is looking for an experienced Cabinet Shop Craftsman / Experienced Cabinetmaker to join our team in Jasper, GA. We build high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork, and we’re looking for someone who understands that the details matter.
This is a hands-on position for someone with real woodworking or cabinetry experience. You’ll be involved in fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. Experience with CNC equipment is a plus, but we’re especially interested in someone who can think through a project, work accurately, and take pride in the finished product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A background in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate, install, and finish custom cabinets and millwork using a variety of materials and techniques
Assemble cabinets and millwork onsite or in the shop
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate work and ensure project timelines are met
Use CNC machines and other advanced tools as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Proficiency in cabinetry installation and finishing techniques.
Experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
