Heartwood Custom Woodworks has provided custom cabinetry and millwork to the Vail and Aspen markets for 35 years. Our work is primarily high-end residential, with clients including home-builders and architects, and occasionally homeowners on smaller projects. Heartwood is an end-to-end operation, covering design/engineering, production (15,000 sq ft facility), and finishing in-house:
16 employees, ~$2.5M annual revenue. A General Manager here needs to understand and coordinate across design/engineering, production, and finishing.
The Opportunity:
Heartwood is hiring a General Manager to replace our outgoing GM and run daily operations across the business. This is a role for someone who has owned or run a cabinetry shop (or equivalent trade operation) before, and who brings a genuine sense of ownership to their work.
