I am seeking a position in Production Management or Cabinet Vision Drafting where I can leverage more than 20 years of experience in production management, operations, and manufacturing. Throughout my career, I have focused on continuous improvement, safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control while consistently delivering high-quality products.
I bring a strong combination of hands-on manufacturing experience, leadership, technical expertise, and business knowledge. My goal is to lead and develop highly engaged teams while improving processes, increasing productivity, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting overall profitability.
I am a dependable and results-driven professional with a strong commitment to adding value to an organization and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. I am highly proficient in AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, and Cabinet Vision, with extensive experience operating CNC equipment and applying Lean Manufacturing principles to improve production processes.
I am not looking to relocate at this time. Interested in remote programming.
