Job Description
Hansen and Bringle is seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Finisher to join our custom cabinetry manufacturing team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in high-quality wood finishing, painting, staining, and spraying techniques.
Responsibilities
*Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing, including sanding, filling, and surface preparation.
*Apply stains, paints, primers, sealers, and clear coats.
*Operate professional spray guns and finishing equipment.
*Produce smooth, consistent, high-quality finishes on custom cabinetry.
*Mix and match paint colors and wood stains.
*Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
*Identify and correct finishing imperfections.
*Maintain finishing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
*Follow proper safety procedures when handling finishing materials and chemicals.
*Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
*Previous professional experience in cabinet or fine woodworking finishing.
*Experience with spray finishing techniques and equipment.
*Knowledge of wood stains, paints, lacquers, and clear coats.
*Ability to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
*Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Reliable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.
