1999 Motionmaster Router, three heads:
1-15hp and 3/4 collet,1- 7.5 hp 1/2" collet,1- 3hp Porter Cable router mounted horizontally for tenoning
or the third head can be a vertical pneumatic drill head w 3/8" chuck (drills down in Z direction). 440v (transformer 220v to 440v is included.
Table 60" x 60" cutting envelope. Weighs 10,000 lbs,8" wide, 8' long, 6" high, can load out. High speed travel up to 500 ipm. Operates on standard G & M codes, Fagor 8055 controller new 20143. Fagor is one of the standard controllers and reads over eighty common G and M codes as well as program flow commands in the BASIC language for nesting, threading, looping, subroutines, IF THEN statements, cutting and counting multiple parts. Pauses may be programmed into file to wait for operator input such as parameters or simply to continue after a button push allowing for part repositioning or loading. 3 hp Vacuum pump and table, vac tape included. Remote terminal (Windows PC) included, can operate router (drip feed infinitely large files, perform file editing and file management tasks) while the router is in full cutting operation. Full look ahead with adjustable parameters on 3d machining. This machine was mostly used to scoop chair seats, (3 mins per seat @ 1/8" stepover, 1" scoop depth). 500 ipm actual rapid travel. Brushed dust collection hoods work well.
Vacuum table (under spoil board in picture) has a machined grid for holding parts anywhere on the table.
Used for manufacturing chairs, not a lightweight shop router. Business (NWchairs) closed last year.
Basic operational training via phone or in person if local included. Stack of manuals and reference books included.
