50mm diameter spindle with approximately 240mm length of stacked tools. You can stack a number of tools on the spindle at one time and by using the program set function you can lift to the desired profile so less tool changes are needed.
Max. 320mm diameter cutters
Turret depth stops for many different cuts, you can label them as needed.
Cut off saw is also adjustable via preset turret stops.
Comes with saw blade but no main spindle tooling.
Slide carriage has pneumatic hold downs from top and front, and can rotate to nearly any angle for.
Most airlines have been replaced with new, newer V drive belts
Also comes with a brand new lifting motor.
It's a nice well built machine but we've moved everything over to CNC milling.
