Description
2022 SCM Action TF2500 feed through case clamp. The clamp was installed by SCM in September of 2024 by SCM and is in excellent condition. The clamp has just 104 total clamping cycles on it.
High production feed through case clamp, with up to 600 cases per shift, using a 45 second cycle time.
Automatic sequencing of different part sizes without manual intervention
Automatically adjusts both height and length with photoelectric cells and encoders.
Possibility to adjust the pressing strength, both vertically and horizontally, via brushless electric motors.
Very quiet operation with low energy consumption
The color touch screen utilizes presets for different clamp pressures.
Touchscreen controls allow for automatic and manual modes.

SCM Tech PM Report:
One day prior to the clamp being deinstalled the SCM factory service technician who covers the Northwest performed PM on the clamp. His notes from the PM are below.
"Upon inspection, machine appears in like-new condition. I checked the cycle count and there has been less than 100cycles performed on the machine since installation. Because of this, maintanence was short.
I checked oil levels and greased all grease fittings. Checked all manual operations and the machine performs well.
Checked all air pressure settings for manual movements and it is correctly adjusted according to factory settings at air regulator and flow controls. Checked all grease points and the machine is well greased. I checked power connections and voltage checks across several components and the machine has normal voltages across all inspection points. All conveyors work like new. Tested several automatic cycles and machine performs well for all test size cabinets. Checked conveyor belts tension and smooth and accurate encoder movements from belts even under heavy load from weight of larger cabinets.
All Safeties, photocells, sensors in very good and working condition.
Machine is in very good condition."
A copy of the report is available upon request.
Due to change in production the clamp was deemed no longer needed.
The clamp is located in Downtown Seattle Wa, and is owned by the seller. Complete photo galley coming.
