This thing is a treasure! Northfield is still making these in Minnesota for around $35k with long wait times. Northfield "Pattern Makers" Jointers are the top class, all bells and whistles where you can really dial in accuracy.
We have maxed out our phase converter with 4 other tools we use more regularly and just don't do the big slab work as much these days. I can hold with a deposit wired, and can help load onto a flatbed. Serious buyers only, cash or cleared wire transfer before release.
