This H49 Horizontal Bore & Dowel Insertion Machine started out as a 2009. It was rebuilt and certified on February 14, 2019 by Pillar machine. The computer, motion controller, the servo and the servo drive were replaced. The bearings were gone through and any bearing that was worn or damaged was replaced. The rack and pinion was gone through and if there was wear or damage it was be replaced. It was cleaned, tested, and repainted. The machine will shoot glue or water. It has seen very little use since being rebuilt. Extremely clean and updated……and we mean extremely clean!
