Some key highlights -Made in Germany -PLC control by Siemens (you can easily set it up to turn on and off automatically with electronic gates and can control the fan speed with the Vfd drive.) Or if your handy many other things can be done with the PLC. -VFD for 10 hp motor -On board fire extinguisher -Pulse jet filter cleaning (automatically or manual) -Rotary airlock means you don't have to empty dust bags (a moulder fills the bags in minutes.) -You would need a transfer fan to move the material out of the airlock discharge and to the outside. Ideally into a hopper above a dumpster or something like that or trailer. You would need a bin vent or small cyclone for that and make it a closed loop system. I used a 2.5 hp blower and it was controlled by the PLC. size of blower depends on how far you need to move the material. OR you could just remove the lower suction tube and let the chips dump directly into a dumpster etc. and not use a transfer blower. -Low hours -Handles a 5 head moulder and a couple other machines fine. -12" ID intake -8" diam. in and out at the airlock. -Parts are available from Martin Woodworking Machinery in Charlotte. -71db...really quiet! -Trouble free unit!
