Pre-Milling Station with: 2 x1.5 Kw (2.0 HP)12,000 RPM motors, standard equipped with diamond cutters. Both spindles pneumatically controlled.
Automatic Edge Magazine: for coiled material up to 3 mm thickness, strip feed magazine for up to 5 mm (3/16") solid wood banding.
Quick Melt Glue System, MR-5: 10 - 15 min. heat-up time, auto temperature drop. Glue Tank is coated with nonstick material, quick-change mechanism for easy maintenance and/or color change.
Pressure Section: (1) Large dia. driven and (2) idle rollers. Digital read-out and pneumatic positioning selectable from controller touch screen.
Workstations:
End Trimming Station, V-4: Double motor front & rear, 2 x 0.35 Kw (0.5HP) - 12,000 RPM.
Edge Trimming Station, JC-5: Top & bottom flush/bevel/radius trimming, 2 x 0.35 Kw (0.5 HP) - 12,000 RPM, tiltable 0° - 20°, pneumatic exclusion from operator panel.
Corner Rounding Unit, CR-1: To process overhanging edges and trimming around the leading & trailing edge, 1 x 0.27 Kw (0.36HP).
Profile Scraping Unit, RB-8: For thick PVC/ABS radius scraping, pneumatic in/out positioning from control panel with chip collection box.
Flat Glue Scraper, RR-7: To remove potential glue squeeze-out.
Buffing Unit, PC-9: Top/Bottom, 2 x0.12 Kw (1/8HP) - 1,650 RPM motors, tilting horizontally and vertically.
