Description
SHAW-ALMEX TL5-4-8 Thermofoil Laminating Press with (1) manual tray.
Membrane or "membrane-less" operation for vinyl foils & veneer products; by flipping a switch at the control console it changes from membrane to membrane-less pressing. Membranes are normally about 3 mm thick.
Tray Table: Aluminum tray is manually fed into press for loading and unloading, 54" x 108" top platen. Approx. tray dimensions 46" x 100", 1.0" max. part thickness. Tray feeds in/out out of press on track guided for loading and unloading.
Capacity: Approx. 46" x 98" Max. part size i. Max. unit laminating pressure is about 84 PSI.
