This is the newest addition to our industrial series of linear sliding table coping sleds and this introductory price will not last long! If you've struggled with regular inaccurate coping tables, t slot tables and fences or like me have a sliding table shaper that has horrible accuracy then this is going to be one of the best purchases you've ever made! Designed and made by a journeyman woodworker and engineer with over 30 years of experience in the historical millwork and cabinetry field. For comparison, using one of our new tables is like going from a standard biscuit jointer to a Lamello zeta P2. There's no comparison between the two other than what they do.
This clamp has a capacity of 17'' in rail width x any length you can handle x 2.25'' clamping height and over 5'' with quick change of pressure bar. Unlimited length of door rails. 3/4'' thick solid 6061 Aluminum top. Solid aluminum and stainless steel linear rails. Standard length of 800mm rails 31.5'' available up to 2200 mm length and longer with special order. Many accessories will be available soon. New fences with solid and fixed stops. 0.75'' thick solid aluminum extension tables in different lengths for those long and extra long rails and part. V shaped fence for 45 degree parts for slotting, finger jointing and whatever you can think of. Fully adjustable variable angled fences in varying lengths.
Large one pc linear rail is available up to 84'' in length with a 2.25'' overall height off the machine table.
For instance the Delta machine in pictures has a standard 1'' spindle and still has over 3'' of usable spindle above our table. With regular 1.25" spindle machines there is well over 4'' capacity. Most larger shapers and tenoners lose no capacity at all as the spindle has more travel vertically allowing the entire spindle to move above the table.
This sled is perfect for the shop that does everything. You can cope 5 or more cabinet door rails safely and accurately at a time saving an amazing amount of time or do giant exterior bottom door rails of over 17'' knowing that the parts will come out perfect every time. Vertical clamps have well over 500lbs of clamping force on the combined double pressure bar. Pressure is easily adjusted for harder or softer woods via pressure control switch located at the operators finger tips. If you already have a sliding table shaper purchase the table only or purchase the entire setup for standard machines. If your existing table does not slide perfectly true then I would suggest purchasing the entire unit to get the benefits of the new linear rails. Turn any shaper into a true coping machine!
SPECS:
-Table 12.5''x22.5'' x 3/4'' Table can vary slightly depending on how much material is removed to square edges +/- 0.25''.
-Base model comes with 0.5'' x 2'' x 12'' long fence. One fixed hole two adjustable for squaring after fitting to machine and semi permanent fixing.
-Pressure bar with removable aluminum extrusion foot so jigs and fixtures can easily be attached for special applications. 2.25'' standard clamping capacity. Rubber pad on shoe to firmly hold parts. Shoe can easily be adjusted to allow for thicker material of over 5'' in under one minute.
-Two vertical clamping cylinders for maximum clamping pressure and ease of use. No adjusting individual clamps.
-Horizontal cylinder clamp with 100+ lbs. of pressure to hold stock firmly to fence. Clamps are sequenced so horizontal clamp activates first pushing stock to fence then pressure shoe engages holding stock firmly to table.
Adjustable fence for squaring cope/tenon ends after initial setup.
-Adjustable height acrylic shield for operator safety. Height of Acrylic guard can be changed in under one minute.
-Clamp can either be ordered with foot pedal clamp control or fence mounted controls. Specify at time of order.
-Table is coated with non slip clear material that can easily be recoated at any time with a quick sand and spray.
- All fasteners and hardware are 100% aluminum and stainless.

This rail is very easy to install and requires no extra support for longer lengths when centered on a standard shaper table of 35'' or longer but we do suggest adding temporary supports under if possible. If it is being placed on a shorter machine you will need to purchase an optional extension kit for longer rails that easily bolts onto existing machinery.
