Our medium capacity equipment includes two shapers and a 16 foot press that cuts off as the wood is moving thru the press. One shaper is set up to cut the fingers on one end of the block and the other shaper does the second end. The wood is locked into a pneumatically controlled ares with top and side pressure and has a 12" plus capacity x 4" tall. The wood is travelling past a trim saw and the shaper head on linear bearings for a smooth easy travel. Includes stackable carbide cutter heads from Global Tooliing...
