All tools and equipment were in good working condition when Acorn was sold. Almost all the equipment was
used every day, and kept in good condition. Once the sale was defaulted, prolonged refusal to return asserts
made for less than ideal storage conditions. Surface rust is apparent on some pieces, though nothing that
would hinder operation or function once cleaned up.
