1st & 2nd Heads: Each with 2” W Cross brush belts, 2.5 kW (3.35 HP) - 1,690 RPM Motor, Rotating belt on vertical axis supports series of pads with abrasive paper, Pads are adjustable to vary angle of contact on panel during rotation of belt, Pads with abrasive strip makes contact with workpieces from both sides as it rotates.
(3) 2” Dia. Rubberized hold-down rolls, (1) before and after each cross brush belt head.
3rd & 4th Heads: Each with 62” L x 16” Dia. Brush Roll & 2.5 kW (3.35 HP) - 1,140 RPM Motor, & Horizontal angle adjustment.
