Coating Width: Up to 54″ nominal (typical working/max material width around 48″).
Material Thickness Capacity: Up to ~4″ thick (common across Series #15 hot melt models).
Rolls:
Coating roll diameter: 6.5″ (standard for Series #15).
Doctor roll diameter: ~4.375″.
Rolls mounted in self-aligning, sealed-for-life bearings.
Laminating rolls (if combined with laminator): 6-1/2″ diameter with 1″ thick neoprene rubber covering (mechanical standard).
Speed: Variable, 0-60 linear feet per minute (LFPM).
Application: Double Sided- Top-side only has separate DC Variable Speed on upper Doctor Roll/hot melt coating (Model A); designed for precise, controlled application of hot melt materials.
Construction: Heavy-duty welded tubular steel frame; rugged for industrial use.
