Currently the conveyor is showing 135 run hours while the material hour meter is showing 57 hours of material run time. 2-Head 43″ Wide Belt Sander. First head is a harder spiral grooved rubber drum. Second head features (1) Contact Roller (softer spiral grooved rubber drum ) and (1) Segmented- Platen Fine Sanding Platen. This sander has the Solid Wood, Veneer & Lacquer Sander Option. So it will be able to sand more finely than a machine with a regular or simple air bladder platen. Both heads are driven by (1) main motor 18.5 kW (25 HP) which remedies the high power demand of most two head sanders. SCS Control panel with storage capacity for multiple sanding programs. Motorized part thickness adjustment, with digital height readout
