Hickory Home Office

My second project attempt since starting business in 08'. It is a hickory office in my home. I failed to get pictures before all our junk was stuffed in some of the drawers so these are real life pics! Not the color I was going for but it works. Our office is narrow so I needed a slender top. It sticks out about 16" on the base cabinets. It is rustic looking but yet fancy in my opinion. We love using it. Have yet to install the knobs, I'll get to it when I can.

just curious, but whats the deal with the notched face frame in picture 4, did you make the doors to large or is that the design. looks good though for your second job. i just started my own business as well and wish you the best of luck.

Not sure what you mean by notched face frame. I experimented with FF attachment by drilling holes and plugging them. The doors I built too small and added to them. Amateur stuff, still learning the ropes of doors. Good thing it was for my personal use atleast. Hopefully as time goes by i will post pics that are truly professional. Good luck to you as well.

There isn't a notched face frame, but there is overlay doors that cover part of the stiles
