Here's my first chair. It's made of baltic birch. It's joined with 10 mm thick "Dominoes", 30 of them. The concave seat and back have been shaped with a CNC router. Finished with 3 coats of low sheen lacquer. Thanks for looking.

As I read the description I wondered how you would handle shaping the plywood vis a vis the lamination lines. I must say your solution is very clever and looks good.
