Don't you think the outside stringer is at least twice as thick as it needs to be while the inside stacked rod looks a little light?

What are you doing for handrail?

Fun project, looking like some coiled dragon's tail on your shop floor.

You (and who's army) is going to carry it through the door and set it up?

I have to agree with Jim. Either the hollow outer strinber is too thick,In my op it is, or the inner pole is way too small.

You are obviously good at veneer work.

I would have taken it up a notch and used a solid center pole or no pole at all. Also a jib back to atleast the third riser to give the set a good foot.

all and all its nice and you obviously have much yime in it. Hope you charged enough.
