Nice project? How much did you charge if you don't mind me asking? Did you go with the Auton lift or a cheaper version? How did the lift work for you? Good? bad?

I believe I got somewhere like 4500 for the cabinet itself. I sold it as cabinetry not furniture. He couldn't afford to have the panels bookmatched or in a design. (someone from woodweb inquired at one point) They used the Auton lift that swivels. The lift works good but the remote was super cheasy. They set it up with the remote that operates everything else though so I guess it didn't matter. I think they should allow for more places to mount the housing to the t.v. as well. the t.v.'s weight seems to want to pull the box forward. (not the cabinet) The lift was provided and installed by digital home design. Thanks for the comments

I had a customer request a TV lift that swivels...this message was the first place I found it! Thanks! My only question is whether there is a mechanism to stop the TV from lowering back into the cabinet if it isn't in alignment with the opening? I just don't want to sell a lazy customer something that they can easily break. Thanks!
