This table is made of black walnut, mahogany, quilted maple, and ebony. I have no idea where exactly the inspiration came from, all I know is that I was at my hardwood suppliers and he pulled this amazing piece of walnut out of a new bundle of 5/4 and when he showed it to me I had to have it! So he told me to build a entry table out of it, then one day and I just drew this in my sketch pad. This is a sponsored studio piece in which the material was paid for by Jim Hamer at Hardwood Lumber and Millwork in Lakeland, Florida.
