Nice work, are those dual sinks? What kind of joinery did you use? Walnut is a beautiful lumber to work with. Although it is expensive, it finishes so well. What kind of lathe do you have? Nice turnings, I will have to get into them sometime soon. I do a lot of lathe turnings, bowls and have done legs but haven't ever done done any legs like that, only for pedestle tables.
Cool stuff, thanks for posting!

wow, even the drawer sides are walnut. And I like the finish (what did you use, by the way?), it's a natural looking finish and not over stained etc. as is a lot of work today. I like to see the natural variation in the wood, like in the leg. Makes it seem hand made and not store bought.

Campbell satin 35 lacquer. And yes it was alot of work just turning the legs took me two days.but worth it when it was all done. I really love doing this kind of stuff.

This vanity is gorgeous! I need some advice though. I have black walnut dressing table\vanity that has been painted gold. Eeekk! Once I get it stripped of the paint, what would my next steps be in order to get it looking as beautiful as your piece? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
