cool. is that resin moulding? Mix a tint in with a seal coat to get a base color. This will give you something for the next coats to stick to. the next coats will be glazing to get the color that you are after. then spray a top coat. There is no way to get a finish to stick to the resin that will not eventually chip off on all the sharp edges. Resin is such a pain.
