Round Staircase and Paneling

Here is a stair case we just finished installing. The first 3 pictures is the coned top of the paneling which is not installed yet

That is incredible. Do you guys have CNC? 5 axis? How do you get the mdf to bend? glue up? This is some truly inspiring work. Thanks for sharing.

No CNC just old fashion jigs as you can see in the third picture. The mdf is glued up 1/8 strips. The twisted moldings are done on a Mikron shaper.

Spectacular! The white flowing quality is wonderful - just beautiful! Question regarding your response to the question about the MDF - you say 1/8" strips - do you mean stave construction or 1/8 layer laminations?

Please post pics of the "cone" installed and if possible, the railing choice. Thanks for sharing.

. I mean 1/8 layer lamination.
The railing is bronze hand rail with decorative metal post.
