"Very difficult"- understatement of the Year!
I hope you will be writing about the process to produce this job. Is the stage back wall 16' tall? Kudos to you and your veneer supplier

Yes - congrats on a great project! Very cool stuff! I will ask how you pressed the veneers onto the balcony fronts. You don't have to tell me, but, I am very curious. My first thought involves brute force, but I bet you are more savvy than that.

Was your veneer vendor Indiana Architectural Plywood?

Hello
we lay up our own veneer. The balcony rails were a long learning process starting with shaping on a 5 axis cnc and vacuum bagging the veneer. Naturally overly simplified.
we purchased the Makore Veneer from Renaissance Veneer RSVP.

I was wondering who supplied the veneer. Makore is a great specie to work with.
I think we might have gotten some veneer samples intended for each other some years back. I was the veneer buyer for Bernhardt Design. Great work!!!

Fantastic Job Mark, Besides achieving the bending, the finish looks excellent. I like usiing epoxy for bends like this because it lubricates the layers so well, but I would like to know what adehsive you used?
