Sources for Mold-Making Materials and Info
Here's a list of vendors who supply materials you can use to create a mold of an existing moulding, in order to reproduce the piece using cast plaster. September 15, 2011
Question
On many occasions I have read about making flexible molds for duplicating intricate parts in plaster. The products for making these molds are typically poured around the part and then cured. The original part is removed and you have a mold for making duplicates out of materials such as plaster. Can anyone give me a lead on where to purchase this mold making material?
