Freud insert panel raiser

Looking at Freud insert cutter head for raise panels. On description it says can be used for 5/8" or 3/4" stock. I would like to use 3/4" stock with undercutter but want panel and door frame to be same level when door is put together so I can put through wide belt sander. I currently have panel raisers for 3/4" stock with undercutter but in order to get correct panel raise the panel sticks up past door frame and I can't run through sander. Hope you guys follow what I'm after.
Thanks,
Al

If your stock is all the same thickness, you should be able to adjust out your cope and stick cutters to match the panel raiser on any set with a back cutter or not.

I have that set and I don't think you will have a problem doing what you want.
I like the fact you can lap the face of the inserts on a diamond stone to tune them up.

Thanks for replies. Where 1/4" groove starts from face of rail the distance is 3/8" and
I think this is pretty common. In order to make panel flush you wind up with very little reveal
on panel. I like to see reveal just under an 1/8" not a 1/32". I wound up making a top that
sits on shaper top with a 5 degree incline on it. Now the cutter takes less degree of a slant cut on panel allowing more of a reveal so problem solved.
