Concealed hinge - 1-1/4" OL with 1/8" reveal?9/9/21
Is there such a hinge? And with soft close?
Blum 155º with a zero plate gets you 1-3/8" overlay.
You need wide door stiles, it gets drilled at something ridiculous like 53mm
A 3mm plate would get you 1-1/4" overlay. Might be better to adjust the boring further to the edge.
If you are speaking about a face frame cabinet, the only solution is to scoop-out the frame and recess the mounting plate.
Salice offers a mounting plate perfect for this. With this plate you first bore into the frame 17,5mm ( half a hinge bit diameter). You would use your hinge machine for this operation.
C2RKAE9 – 155 degree soft close
Your hinge bore from the edge 0f the door would be 6mm. You can easily maintain your 1/8" gaps.
Of course, this operation is best done prior to assembly of the face frame. I know many shops that use this method for the pie corner cabinet.
Here are some details.
Best of luck,
PS. You can do it the hack way too with a router or jig saw but the pocket needs to be made.
