Biesse Rovar A safety foot mat alarm

Hi all,

Am facing error alarm in Biesse Rover A, During working in the left side station , If operator goes to load in the right side station machine goes to stop, Checked the all safety mate wiring and changed the spare module also but problems remains same,
Kindly anyone help in this regards

Verify the part size and program running. On our Rover FT, if the program called for the machine to move to a certain point near the opposite field a similar error would come up.

It could be the safty mat it self.
Try unplugging it and swap it with another safty mat and see if it still does it.

our pod ad rail Biesse will also kick an error if the left side part is to close to the right side but not the other way because of the head
