Why do you need to run those parameters? Is it to achieve the cut quality or because the boss says so? What machine do you have?
I run a mid weight machine at twice the feedrate with a spindle speed of 15000 with a two flute compression bit. Others with heavier machines can run twice that feed.
Are you harming your machine? It depends. Look for the signs of strain - hot stepper motors, poor cut quality especially at corners, skipped steps.
Without more details we can't help you much.

What are the specifications on your spindle. Seems like high rpm's for a slow feedrate. I run a 3 flute tool at 1000 inches per minute at 18000 rpm's penetrating 0.005" into the board. We run 10 hours per day without breaks, but not all of it is casework. We also cut a lot of solid hardwood up to 4.5" thick and a ton of solid surface. I usually only use pcd diamond tools on material such as Fundermax or other phenolic type material.

I work with laminated chipboard to make cabinets i use a similar bit to the picture its a 1 flut bit
I dnt have much experience with choosing bits to cut my sheets so i have been advised by the bit dealer to use this bit with this rpm and speed
