I'm considering using an Astro EVOT13
"Air Curtain" design to minimize overspray and pollution with superior transfer efficiency to reduce paint consumption.
Shellac dries fast, and I'm concerned that this "air curtain" might make it dry too fast.
Anybody know what an "air curtain" is in connection with a spray gun?
Its just a Low Volume Low Pressure gun which has good transfer efficiency. Very minimal over spray and can be used with a smaller HP compressor.
Lacquer dries faster than Shellac does so don't worry about the Shellac drying in mid air. The Astro is a mid priced tool but gives fine end results.
