Hello. We have a Cantec RS12 . The problem being is that it cuts the board like a banana. We have replaced the track, tried all sorts of adjustments on the pressure rollers, checked that the track and blade are square and checked arbor for runout. It still does the same thing. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Thank in advance. Marty.

It almost sounds like some of the upper pressure rollers are not parallel with the track. Or a spring pressure isn't even across the roller width. How worn is the track? Are the spikes still sharp?

Yes we just replaced the track so they are nice and sharp. We checked all the pressure wheels for square and equal pressure. I am kind of at a loss with it . We ordered a new drive sprocket and idler wheels last week . But I feel I am just throwing parts at it. Thanks for the response.

Is the front portion of the track, which brings the chain up and around from inside the saw, independent from the rest of the track? If so it might be adjustable to "aim" each half of the track to adjust for a straight cut.
Have you tried ripping lumber from different sources to rule out stressed lumber?

Morning. Yes we have cut a bunch of different lumber and some is a little better than others. I will take a look and see if we can make some adjustments on the front side like you said. Thanks again for the quick response.
